VIRTUAL STAGING

Thank you for your interest in our Basic Virtual Staging service. Please be sure to review the important information below before proceeding. Afterward, kindly fill out the application, attach your desired photos, and submit.

Here are some important details regarding our “basic” virtual staging service:

1. Customization of furniture is limited to style only (i.e. placement, color, and size are not customizable).
2. Be aware that processing different photos of the same room will result in different staging results (we cannot replicate the same furniture).
3. We will give you 3 unique versions of every photo you want staged. You can choose whichever version one you want to use.
4. Staged photos will initially come watermarked. Once you approve of the deliverables and make payment, we’ll send you the unwatermarked versions. If you don’t like the results, we’ll try again with 3 more staging variations. There’s a maximum of 6 variations per photo allowed.
5. While basic virtual staging is visually appealing, it’s really meant for simple applications where customization is not needed. If you need highly customizable virtual staging, we recommend our advanced virtual staging service.
